The data herein contains all data collected and used for the Vertical Axis Hydrokinetic Turbine Array Modeling & Optimization. The data includes Delft3D simulation data and scripts for the Hydrokinetic Turbine (HKT) & HKT arrays. The simulation data includes canal models with and without turbines for two real-world sites; one in Colorado and one in California. The simulation data also includes a matrix of test cases. The main script "rotorFrame_clean.py" is a python script used to automate the setup of different turbine configurations within SNL-Delft3D. This TEAMER RFTS 7 (request for technical support) project was awarded to Emrgy, Inc. in collaboration with Sandia National Laboratories.
