Assessing the use of environmental DNA to monitor changes in habitats caused by offshore energy developments
This submission is a collection of spreadsheets resulting from the literature review of environmental DNA (eDNA) sampling supplies, the follow-on cost analysis, with supply availability and costs as of 2021, and a catalog of fish species from the Salish Sea alongside genetic sequence information. This study was part of a Marine Seedling project funded in 2021 & 2022 by the DOE Water Power Technologies Office.
