ORPC TidGen Turbine Foil Production Process Technical Report
This report aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the production process for the first TidGen turbine. The turbine is composed of several key components, including carbon fiber foils, e-glass struts, and a steel shaft. The report covers the production of each of these elements with a particular emphasis on the manufacturing process for the turbine foils. The report will begin with an overview of the turbine's design and continue with the production process from part manufacturing through to assembly, including all steps in the process, discussing any challenges encountered and solutions implemented for successful production of the turbine.
